French coach Ivica Todorov is proud to be the first coach to give the chance to Egyptian star Mohamed Salah, and he narrated scenes from the beginnings of the current Liverpool player in the Egyptian stadiums.

Todorov spoke in an interview with France Football magazine, proudly, of his contribution to discovering a large number of players during his training career in a number of African countries.

French coach Mohamed Salah singled out an important area of ​​his speech and said he discovered the player while he was coach of the Arab Contractors Club in 2011.

He pointed out that he attended a match for the youth team while he was on a journey looking for players to support the ranks of the first team in the Arab Contractors Club, and said that a player who was wearing No. 14 entered the match and scored a goal and made another to turn his team's delay with a goal to win 2-1.

This player was only Mohamed Salah, who demanded that Todorov quickly be included in the training of the first team.

Tudorf spoke of Salah's first match with the first team that he fought just five days after he joined the training, and the confrontation was against Al-Ahly.

Salah starred remarkably in that match and scored a distinguished goal after dodging a group of players.

The French coach, who is of Serbian origin, said that he kept a special memory of that match when Salah gave up all his colleagues who ran to celebrate with him, and he went towards him and hugged him as he shed tears saying, "You are a great coach."

He confirmed that Salah plays football thanks to him, and said that the player admitted this in his dialogues.

He considered that Salah shine because he distinguished from the rest of the players by his ability to quickly change direction, in addition to his skills in speed and keeping the ball.
