The length association has been looking for a length manager since Jonas Peterson was fired in August last year. Last week, Ola Strömberg, associate director, told us that they are now in the final phase.

- We're in the final phase, it's not far off. But first, the person should be given a period of time to quit his current job and communicate it internally. Once we have signed, we will therefore not go out with it immediately, Strömberg told SVT Sport then.

What SVT Sport is experiencing is the association now orally agreed with the concealer Daniel Fåhraeus, since 2008 CEO of the municipal electricity company Pite energy and active board member of the Piteå elite, about the job as new length manager.

In the Piteå elite there are both national team coaches Magnus Ingesson and Stefan Thomson, as well as riders Charlotte Kalla, Emma Ribom, Jonna Sundling, Johan Häggström and Björn Sandström.

Ola Strömberg does not want to comment on the incoming length manager.

SVT Sport has sought Daniel Fåhraeus.
