Softbank Draft No. 1 Sato enters dormitory "Aim for opening one army" January 7 18:28

Naoki Sato, who joined the professional baseball and Softbank in the first draft, entered the dormitory of the baseball team in Chikugo City, Fukuoka Prefecture, and took a new step as a professional.

Sato, who joined SoftBank as the first draft from JR West, entered Fukuoka by Shinkansen from his parents' home in Hyogo Prefecture on the afternoon of the 7th and arrived at the baseball dormitory in Chikugo City.

Sato, who added new furniture and television when he moved into the dormitory, brought in baseball tools and a portrait given by a colleague from JR West.

Sato joined in the same draft first place and pitched in the next room with pitcher Nakano, who played an active part last season, and said, "I would like to go to greetings early and get along well and listen to various stories."

He said, "I would like to make sure that I can make the best adjustments and appeal to the opening army without skipping too much from the beginning," said the camp next month.

All newcomers from SoftBank will stay in the dormitory by the 8th, start voluntary training jointly from the 11th of this month, and prepare for the spring camp starting in Miyazaki Prefecture next month.
