Injuries and illnesses have disturbed the national team this season.
It is now clear to the competitions in Dresden that neither Charlotte Kalla, Ebba Andersson, Stina Nilsson nor Frida Karlsson will start.

But one who is back is 20-year-old Linn Svahn, who peeled and won the sprint in Davos, in her only second World Cup competition in her career.

- Linn gave up the Scandinavian cup in Nes this weekend to get a training period instead. It will be exciting to see if she has kept the shape, says women's trainer Stefan Thomson.
