According to the Championship, the team trained in the following combinations:

- Daniil Pylenkov - Egor Zamula, Maxim Groshev - Ivan Morozov - Nikita Alexandrov;

- Daniil Misyul — Daniil Zhuravlev, Kirill Marchenko Dmitry Voronkov — Vasily Podkolzin;

- Anton Malyshev, Nikita Rtishchev - Maxim Sorkin - Ivan Kruglov.

Pavel Dorofeev did not take part in the lesson.

In the quarterfinals, the Swedes were stronger than the Czech Republic (5: 0), and Russia defeated Switzerland (3: 1).

Semifinal meeting between Russia and Sweden will be held January 4 at 17:00 Moscow time.

Earlier, the 1988 Olympic champion Valery Kamensky expressed the view that Russia will defeat Sweden in the MFM semi-final.
