The Football Association launched in Dubai today, Monday, three programs to develop arbitration and improve the performance of governance at the local, continental and international levels, is to start the establishment of a project for the future referees academy, which the Union described as a comprehensive and arbitration school to equip stadium judges in accordance with international standards and conditions besides launching Referees continuing education project through designing educational programs at the technical and administrative levels and familiarity with the football law and this project will be opened by the president of the referees committee in the International Football Association, the former Italian international referee Pierre Luigi Collina, and will also be Inaugurating an important project to develop the reality of the arbitration system, which is "coexistence programs", as control teams will be sent to countries such as America, Sweden, Japan and Uzbekistan to experience successful experiences in these countries and benefit from them and exchange experiences with them.

The Football Association stated on its page via "Twitter" that the project comes out of the fact that the arbitration sector represents a basic pillar and an important element in the footballing system.
