Brynäs started best and put a great deal of pressure on a professional Leksand. Already after 1.32, Linus Ölund also put the puck into the net, but the goal was doomed because Leksands goalkeeper Janne Juvonen was disturbed in that situation.

Almost six minutes later, Brynäs' lead goal came. It happened when Leksand's Mattias Göransson dropped the puck in the offensive zone and Anton Rödin took it, countered quickly and fired a huge shot at the cross.

Then came the evening's cheer from Anton Rödin who did not score twelve matches.

- It was really time. It has been a waste of goals from me, Anton Rödin told C More, explaining that he had previously fit too much in crucial situations.

Therefore, he now focused on shots. It paid off.

Woke Leksand

That goal brought Leksand into the match. During the final minutes of the first period, it was Leksand who created long and dangerous attacks in Brynäs defense zone.

At the beginning of the second period also came Leksand's goals.

Lucas Nordsäter acknowledged to 1-1 after 4.22.

In the next exchange Brynäs Jonathan Sigalet received five minutes and match penalty after an elbow attack on Fredrik Forsberg. Leksand responded by taking the lead by 2-1 through Oskar Lang.

Full bang of the Sigalet

A goal that invited Brynäs back into the match.

This was done through double expulsions for Linus Persson. Leksand managed the first deportation, but just when the valley team fixed the second down, Brynäs shot Jacob Blomqvist 2–2.

Dramatic end period

The final period was dramatic, especially when Brynäs was given the opportunity to play five against three in 50 seconds. Brynäs pressed, but scored no goals. Instead, Brynäs got a team penalty that Patrik Zackrisson managed to 3-2 for Leksand. However, the referee pair Mikael Sjöqvist and Patrik Bjälkander chose to call on the target. It took many seconds and long glances before the goal was approved. It was Mikael Sjöqvist who, wrongly, dismissed Patrik Zackrisson's receipt goal in his last home game against Färjestad.

After 17.23, Leksand got a goal sent off when Daniel Olsson Trkulja was on goalie Samuel Ersson before the puck went into the net.

Soon after, however, Martin Karlsson, in the middle of a token press by Brynäs, was able to put 4–2 in an empty cage.

Leksand thus took three very important points.
