The attention of international football fans is heading towards the UEFA headquarters in the Swiss municipality of Neon on Monday to follow the 16th round (the final price) of the European Champions League.
Draw will take place at 2 pm Doha time (11 GMT), based on a number of laws and prohibitions that foreshadow firefights.
Among the most prominent laws that are applied during the drawing of lots:
A ban on facing two teams from the same country in this role.
- The championship prohibits the confrontation of two teams whose two groups or two teams came in second place together, as all confrontations between leaders and runners-up.
- The tournament prohibits confronting two teams who were together in the same group in order to diversify the matches, and not to repeat a confrontation played back and forth during the season.
And includes the first level in the lottery eight teams topped their groups: Paris Saint-Germain, Bayern Munich and Leipzig Germans, Manchester City and Liverpool English, Barcelona and Valencia, Spain, and Juventus Italian.
As for the second level, it includes the clubs Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid (Spain), Tottenham and Chelsea (England), Atlanta and Naples (Italy), the French Lyon and the German Prussia Dortmund.
The first leg round matches will be played on February 18, 19, 25 and 26 February, and the return matches on March 10, 11, 17 and 18.
