Yuki Kawauchi, who has been converted from a civil servant runner to a professional, has challenged her 100th marathon in the tournament held in Yamaguchi Prefecture and finished seventh.

On the 15th, Kawauchi participated in the “Hofu Yomiuri Marathon” held in Yamaguchi Prefecture and challenged his 100th marathon.

Kawauchi, who has won the championship for the second time in this tournament, raced with the first group at the beginning, but was released at around 20 km.

After that, it became a run with a difficult expression, but with the encouragement of the roadside, it showed stickiness and the result was 7th in 2 hours 14 minutes 17 seconds.

The tournament was won by Matthew Kiprotik for the first time in 2 hours 10 minutes 47 seconds.
