Yoon Seong-bin was 7th in the 2019-2020 International Bobsled Skeleton Federation (IBSF) World Cup 1st tournament in Lake Placid, USA on the 9th with a total of 1 minute 46 seconds 96.
The winner was Germany's Axel Junk, who scored 32 minutes in total. Second place was taken by Martin Dukurs of Latvia, who scored 44 minutes in 1 minute 46 seconds, and Alexander Tretiakov of Russia, who finished in third place, finished in 46 minutes 71 minutes.
