Leksand took a very psychologically important victory when they turned and won against Rögle with 3-2 in the SHL ice hockey.

Otherwise, the match initiation was characterized by the disputed rule that a goal will be sentenced if an opponent player touches the goalkeeper.

After 6.56, Rögle's management goal, through Simon Ryfors, was doomed since teammate Nils Höglander just before moving Leksands goalkeeper Axel Brage. In the first break, Simon Ryfors was very upset when he commented on the situation in C More:

- It feels like there's something really wrong in this league. Shouldn't that be the goal? Nils (Höglander) doesn't even bother. When I shoot the puck he is outside (the goal yard). This is absolutely fantastic. I do not understand anything.

"Feels really weird"

Simon Ryfors continues to comment on the current rule:

-I think every coach in the team, every player in the team, supporters of every team in this league, want to see such goals. This feels really weird.

Otherwise, there were two formally weak teams that came to this match. In seven recent matches, Rögle had only taken four points out of 21 possible. Leksand had just two wins in the last 14 rounds and had not scored a single goal in the last two games.

This characterized the quality of play during much of this match, where Rögle scored several psychologically important goals.

At the end of the first period, when Leksand got the game started and created long strikes in the offensive zone, Rögle took the lead through a long shot by Anton Bengtsson, just 19 seconds before the break.

In the second period, when Daniel Gunnarsson acknowledged to 1-1 after 7.54, Rögles Daniel Zaar responded by making 2-1, just 19 seconds later.

Then it was Rögle who took over the game, at the same time as Leksand neglected with, among other things, too many pitches in the middle zone.

Leaves the last place

In the third period, Leksand got a dream start. Marek Hrivik acknowledged 2–2 on penalty after 5.30 and 63 seconds later Jonas Ahnelöv beat 3–2 on his old teammates.

Then followed some dramatic final minutes before Leksand's victory was complete.

This was Leksand's first home victory since September 24 when the team beat Brynäs and joined the series. Now the team leaves last place.
