Nowadays, Sweden has a huge width on the women's side in cross-country skiing, so even though Frida Karlsson, Charlotte Kalla and Maja Dahlqvist were knocked out already in the qualifying, six Swedes went on to the quarterfinals.
And there it continued just as it often did last season - strong Swedish skiing.
In the final, Stina Nilsson and Jonna Sundling were in charge of the Swedish representation. It was Stina Nilsson who showed her forefoot first, behind it she caressed it for Sundling.
