According to the WADA official website, the report of the expert commission was based on an assessment of a number of inconsistencies found in the database that WADA received from the Moscow Laboratory in January 2019.
This assessment also included consideration of the answers of the Russian side to the list of detailed and technical questions.
The Compliance Committee will now make formal recommendations to the WADA Executive Committee, chaired by Craig Reedy. Executive committee meeting to discuss this recommendation is scheduled for December 9.
It was previously reported that RUSADA does not support the idea of WADA to mitigate the punishment for cocaine.
