AIK won the shot statistics in a speechless first period, but then it was "Leaven" for the whole coin. The middle period ended 5-0 and the match was, of course, punctured. Björklöven had eight different goal scorers and tops the table at 45 points, while AIK is firmly rooted in the bottom.

- We trust each other and do what we should. Self-confidence has increased compared to last season and then it has rolled on pretty well, so it's fun, says 1-0 goal shooter Fredric Andersson to Sportkanalen.

Biggest victory since 2006

According to the Twitter account domarna.se, the 8–1 victory was Björklöven's next biggest victory in the Hockey Allsvenskan. The biggest came on October 4, 2006, 11–2 against Hammarby.

For AIK, it was the ninth straight loss. A longer loss suite is not in the above mentioned database. In addition, the team has never lost with larger numbers in the Hockey Allsvenskan.

- There are four boxplay goals. We take too many deportations, says AIK's coach Jussi Salo.

Immo shows fine form

Karlskoga stands at the same point as Björklöven after 6–3 away against Mora. Karlskoga forward Tor Immo again showed fine form and was noted for a goal. Immo has scored seven goals in eight matches and tops the shooter with his 13 goals in total this fall.

For Mora, on the other hand, the situation looks much gloomier. The team that departed from SHL in the spring wars at the bottom of the table after a lousy period where the team lost six straight matches.
