BC Luleå switched grip on the match already after the first period. The Northern Bots had then put five out of seven three-pointers.

The high shooting percentage meant that Luleå was in the lead with the double score, 48-24, a bit into the second period.

The home team's Rodney Williams offered a mighty reduction to 29-48 as he thumped Denzel Andersson. But the home team did not get any closer than ten points down after two penalties to 51-61.

This was Luleå's match where Andersson was the leading player on the pitch and had 28 points in the match. Luleå won 101-65 after a final layup from Timothy Kearney.

"The last match against Djurgården set the shots, it's the same today," said Luleås Andersson.

- I stand and think like this after the match why we didn't get in the balls, Umeås Albin Frank reflected to SVT Sport after the match.

Luleå is the new top team

Luleå will win the series lead in the series together with this year's surprise gang, Köping. However, Köping has two games less played.
