Hamburger SV has strengthened the league lead in the 2nd Bundesliga. The team of coach Hannes Wolf won in the 2nd Bundesliga 1-0 (0-0) against Dynamo Dresden, the winner scored captain Lewis Holtby in the 84th minute. After the third home win successively, the HSV is in the table again four points ahead of pursuer 1st FC Cologne. However, the Cologne have completed a game less.
It was already the final phase of the game, as Dresdens Linus Wahlqvist an imprecise back pass on goalkeeper Markus Schubert played, who had obviously not expected. Schubert scored Holtby - and pushed the ball easily from seven meters into the empty net (84.). "Markus is a great goalkeeper, he has done quite a few good times today, so no one is blaming him," said Dresden coach Ovid Hajou, who represented the diseased head coach Maik Walpurgis, on Sky.
The first few minutes in Hamburg also dominated HSV. In the 9th minute, Gideon Jung almost put the ball in the lead, but his header from Berkay Özcan's side saved Dresden goalkeeper Markus Schubert strongly. It was the first chance of the game - and at the same time the best for the Hamburg in halftime one.
Afterwards, HSV had more possession, but only the guests from Dresden came to chances: First, Jannis Nikolaou scored a free-kick from ten meters (15), then Sören Gonther (30). Only once did the Hamburg still a stir when Khaled Narey went to the ground after a duel with Linus Wahlqvist in the box and called for a penalty. But referee Frank Willenborg had not detected any irregular behavior, he continued to play.
In the second half saw the 44,000 spectators initially a chance for Dynamo Dresden, but Moussa Kone ran over against opponent David Bates, but then failed to goalkeeper Julian Pollersbeck (52). Then the Hamburger SV became stronger, again and again was now Dresden goalkeeper Schuster in the center. He parried a header from Pierre-Michel Lasogga (55th) worth seeing, but then he stooped the ball after a cross from Bakery Jatta directly to the feet of Holtby and was lucky that Gonther threw himself in the shot and blocked (67. ).
