Tunisia ended their African Cup of Nations 2019 African Nations Cup qualifier in Egypt in June, a happy ending with a 4-0 win over ESWATINI on Friday in the last round of Group B of the Group B qualifier, 1 with his Gambian counterpart.

The match was held on the Olympic stadium Brads, Tunisia advanced in the 21st minute by Siam Ben Youssef, before Anis Al-Badri added the second goal in the 33rd minute.

In the second half, Naeem Seleti scored the third goal in the 53rd minute, Yassin Meriah added the fourth goal in the 61st minute.

Tunisia, which secured the qualification in previous rounds, lifted their lead to 15 points at the top of Group Ten, while Esatini scored one point at the bottom of the group.

In another game, the Algerian team failed to win at home and tied with Gambian side each with a goal in the last round of Group D.

The Algerian team advanced with a goal scored by Mehdi Obeid in the 42nd minute, and Gambia were routed by Mamadou Dansu in the last minute.

The Algerian team lifted its lead to 11 points at the top of the standings, having secured the qualification to the finals in the previous rounds, which led coach Jamal Balmadi to experience many of the new faces.

Gambia also raised their score to six points in third place temporarily.

Benin and Togo will meet on Sunday to decide on the second round, with Benin in second place with seven points while Togo are fourth on five points.
