Russian biathlon Pavlova recognized as newcomer of the year

In the overall World Cup, the Russian took the 33rd place. In the current season, Pavlova won the relay in the Russian team, which took place at the World Cup in Oberhof, Germany, and also became the European champion in the single mixed relay.
