Published by the German newspaper Der Spiegel, the leaked document "Football Pulse" published documents indicating that Sergio Ramos had committed two sports offenses.

The documents referred to the Ramos shower before a steroids test after a meeting between Real Madrid and Malaga on April 15 to break Spanish law that bathing may be an attempt to "trick" the disclosure.

The Spanish Anti-Doping Agency told Real Madrid five months later, causing some discontent from the royal administrators, although the agency returned to the German magazine Der Spiegel that "the operation did not include any signs of intentional violation of anti-doping regulations."
