Golden State point guard Stephen Curry, who has suffered groin injuries since last week, will miss at least his team's next three games, the NBA franchise said on Wednesday.

Stephen Curry will miss at least three more games due to a groin injury. "Stephen Curry continues to be monitored and working with the medical staff. He is going to make the trip with the team for the next three games in Texas, but he will not play , " said the Warriors. Curry injured the left adductor last Thursday when his home team lost to Milwaukee (134-11). Not sure that the news comes to ease the tensions in the locker room of Golden State.

He has missed the last three games of Golden State and will be unavailable for matches in Houston Thursday, Dallas Saturday and San Antonio Sunday. Curry, 30, kicked off the season with averages of 29.5 points and 6.1 assists per game.

In 2017-18, he had played only 51 of 82 regular-season games due to knee and ankle injuries. Golden State, winner of three of the last four NBA titles, is leader of the Western Conference with twelve wins and three losses.
