IFAB intends to introduce punishment for the random hand game.

According to the rules, judges have the right to fix the violation only if they considered the game to be intentional.

IFAB wants to change the rules in order to eliminate the random play of the hand in the attack.

Penalties will be assigned as before only for an intentional hand game - the new rule will be valid only outside the penalty.

Earlier it was reported that the International Football Association Council may prohibit the replacement of football matches in compensated time.
