The Paris Court of Appeal validated Thursday the investigation in the case of Mathieu Valbuena sextape in which Karim Benzema and five other people are indicted, opening the door to a possible trial.
The court ruled that the undercover police officer acting as intermediary between Mathieu Valbuena and the presumed master-singers was in compliance. According to her, the actions of this commissioner do not constitute an incitement to the offense as defended by the defense lawyers.
