This is an image taken by NHK staff in Shimokitakata-cho, Miyazaki City, after 9 am.
You can see how part of the road in front of the apartment where the video was shot was flooded with water, and water was gushing out of the drain.
According to the staff who filmed, the rain suddenly intensified after 9am, and water accumulated at the intersection in about 10 minutes, and the whole area was flooded.
After that, the water is being drawn.
