Kiso Town, Nagano Prefecture, issued an evacuation recommendation to 10,742 people in 4872 households throughout the town at 6:45 am, as there is a risk of landslides caused by heavy rain. We are calling for everyone to evacuate promptly with information corresponding to level 4 of the 5 levels of heavy rain warning.
