Japan Student Services Organization urgent scholarships for affected students started October 16, 12:59
The Japan Student Services Organization has begun accepting urgent scholarships and grants for students who are affected by typhoon No. 19 and suffered financially.
Specifically, we started an emergency scholarship for students living in 13 prefectures, such as Fukushima and Nagano prefectures, which were severely damaged by Typhoon No. 19 and to which the Disaster Relief Act was applied.
In addition, students who have already received a scholarship will receive a ¥ 100,000 subsidy for students who have suffered more than half damage due to flooding or other reasons.
Applications are accepted through the school you are enrolled in.
