Occurrence of flooding in the Nagano River, Tochigi City, October 13th 2:21
According to Tochigi Prefecture, the Nagano River flowing through Tochigi City was flooded at around 2 am on the 13th in Ohira-cho, Tochigi City.
Tochigi Prefecture and the Utsunomiya Local Meteorological Observatory have announced the flood occurrence information, which is the highest level among the five warning levels, and are calling on the surrounding residents to ensure safety.
