According to the police, at around 8:20 pm on the 12th, there was a report that a voice calling for help was heard near the Hirose River flowing through Okino, Wakabayashi Ward, Sendai City. When the police and the fire department rushed, one man was left behind in the river and was rescued, but it was swept away in time and the whereabouts were lost.
