Typhoon No. 15 Odakyu Line from the first train to stop operating all lines September 9th 4:09
According to Odakyu Electric Railway, because of the influence of typhoon No. 15, the wind and rain regulations set for safe operation are exceeded, so the Odakyu Line will postpone driving from the first line on all lines.
