The President of the Government, Pedro Sánchez, will travel this Wednesday on an "official trip" to Morocco, as announced by Moncloa, without it being clear at the moment whether he will be received by King Mohamed VI.

Sánchez's trip, who will be accompanied by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation, José Manuel Albares, occurs more than a year after the High Level Meeting (RAN) with Morocco.

Then, Mohamed VI was not in the country and could not receive Sánchez but he summoned him to an upcoming official visit that has not occurred until now.

"Morocco is a neighboring country, friend and strategic partner of Spain in all areas," highlighted Moncloa, who framed the visit at the start of the new legislature and highlighted "the deep ties that unite both countries."
