What would change if the right to abortion were included in the French Constitution?

show are in favor of this registration, would it be synonymous with greater protection of this right, which is being called into question in particular in the United States?

Difficult to answer precisely, says Benjamin Morel, lecturer in public law.

“We are on a constitutionalization of abortion which is essentially symbolic. It is not absurd to do so (...) In the end, it is still the judge who decides, and we cannot assess in advance what the judge will do with something", explains the professor, considering however that there was already "protection of abortion through case law".
