A 20m² for less than 50,000 euros in Metz 

For its study, Maslow.immo selected several criteria, such as the number of students, the existing offer or even the rental tension.

Thus, the cities of Metz, Orléans and Angers are particularly interesting.

For example, in Metz, a 20m² studio costs on average 48,800 euros!

51,000 euros for a studio of the same surface area in Orléans, 86,400 euros in Angers, a city which in 2022 had around 29,000 students.

Brest climbs to fourth place and Besançon to fifth.

If you are lucky enough to have a slightly more comfortable environment, then Maslow.immo advises you to look at the larger university centers.

Three cities are particularly interesting if you have a higher budget, the city of Aix-en-Provence which has more than 23,000 students.

A 20m² studio in an old building costs on average 155,200 euros.

Then comes Lyon, more than 143,000 students where you have to spend an average of 104,400 euros, then Bordeaux and its 90,000 young people with an average price of 100,000 euros.
