It was on Monday that the incident occurred in Angered.
In a clip that has spread on social media, you can see how the water gushed into the stationary bus and passengers climbing onto the seats.
- There was a bus on line 76 that unfortunately got stuck in a large body of water, the driver misjudged the amount of water and got stuck, says Patrik Chi, press spokesperson at Västtrafik.
No one was injured
According to Västtrafik, no one was injured in the incident and all passengers were able to evacuate independently.
