As the working week started, more and more authorities and other organizations could be added to the list of those affected by the hacker attack against the IT supplier Tietoevry.
- It could be a bigger attack than we have seen before and you don't yet know the extent of how many are affected.
The company states that it is the relatively new hacker group Akira that is behind the attack.
But in principle anyone can contact them and order a hacker attack, it is therefore difficult to know who is the real client, says SVT's security reporter.
- It is still too early to say whether it is a foreign power that is behind this or cybercriminals who do this to pressure their victims for money, says John Granlund.
