First of all, Inter Invest advises securing your purchase by focusing on fast-growing metropolises.

First recommended sector, “Grand Paris”, which is booming.

In cities like Saint-Denis, Aubervilliers or Saint-Ouen, real estate prices have been exploding for several years (+30% in just five years) and the rise is expected to continue after the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. Other "land of the future" according to Inter Invest, Toulouse.

In the pink city, the demand for housing is increasing considerably, at the same time as its prices (+40% in ten years). 

In Marseille, the authorities are also concluding beautiful urban projects, and there again, prices have soared by 38% in just ten years.

Finally, it is the city of Bordeaux which seems the most interesting for Inter Invest, because in the city, a bare ownership investment product displays a discount of 34% for a dismemberment period of 16 years for example.
