Earlier, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported that air defense forces destroyed a Ukrainian UAV over the Bryansk region at about 06:40 Moscow time.
“During the destruction of an air target, ammunition was dropped onto the territory of the Klintsovsk oil depot,” he wrote in Telegram.
Bogomaz clarified that, according to preliminary data, there were no casualties.
“There is a fire in the tanks in the embankment,” the governor noted.
The day before, the mayor of the capital, Sergei Sobyanin, said that air defense systems in the Podolsk urban district repelled an attack by a UAV flying towards Moscow.
