"The court received a protocol drawn up against A.V. Pivovarov under Part 4 of Article 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of Russia," the press service said.

It is clarified that so far the date of the hearing in this case has not been set.

If found guilty, the foreign agent faces a fine of up to 50 thousand rubles.

Earlier, the Khamovnichesky Court of Moscow fined writer Alexander Prokhanov for referring to a foreign agent without indicating his status.
