According to him, Volodymyr Zelensky was welcomed in Tallinn last week and he clearly said that Ukraine needs men.

Earlier, Madison criticized the reaction of the Ukrainian embassy in Tallinn to its initiatives on how to help Kyiv gain "fresh blood" to participate in the fighting.
In December, Estonian Interior Minister Lauri Läänemets said that the Estonian authorities were ready to search for and extradite Ukrainians of military age and those who are subject to mobilization to Kyiv.
