Jiangyong is the only pilot city outside Guangdong to supply vegetables directly to Hong Kong by land, and it takes only seven hours from picking to arriving in Hong Kong. This year, in order to ensure the smooth supply of vegetables to Hong Kong, Changsha Customs actively communicated and coordinated with Shenzhen Customs, eliminating the need for Jiangyong vegetables to arrive in Shenzhen one day in advance for unloading, processing and packaging, etc., reducing the customs clearance time and comprehensive cost of enterprises. Yongzhou Customs has also set up a "green window" for the export of agricultural products, so that it can be reported, inspected and released.
"According to the calculation of the pilot enterprises, Jiangyong vegetables are picked and processed in the production area in the morning, and they can arrive at the Hong Kong market more than 7 hours after noon shipment, and the 'fresh' supply is grabbed on the same day, which effectively improves the market competitiveness of the enterprise."
