Earlier in November, SVT Halland reported that there are major differences when regions begin dyslexia investigations.

In Skåne, children in the third grade are examined, but in Halland only in the fifth grade.

After SVT's reporting, the Sweden Democrats have now submitted an interpellation to the region to review the issue.

- It is important to have as early a diagnosis as possible so that you know what difficulties you have and can get the collective knowledge about the diagnosis, so that you get the right help, writes Stina Isaksson (S) group leader, in a text message to SVT.
