Britain expresses concern over North Korean missile launches

“We are deeply concerned that the DPRK has once again tested two short-range ballistic missiles.

These tests represent a clear violation of UN Security Council resolutions and a threat to regional peace and security,” the British agency said in a statement.

The report states that Britain calls on the DPRK to refrain from further provocations and return to dialogue with the United States.

Earlier, the Yonhap agency, citing South Korean military personnel, reported that the DPRK had launched an unidentified projectile in an easterly direction.
