According to preliminary estimates, 45 motorcycles were damaged. Fortunately, no casualties were caused.

As for the cause of the fire, it is still awaiting further identification and investigation by the staff of the Fire Investigation Section.

  At about 2:6 am on the 2nd, the Tainan Fire Department 119 Disaster Relief and Rescue Center received a report from the public, stating that a whole row of motorcycles caught fire in the parking lot opposite to No. 299 Gongyuan Road, North District. The fire department immediately dispatched multiple firefighting teams. Twenty-seven people in 12 vehicles arrived at the scene for rescue.

  The fire department pointed out that when they arrived at the fire site at 2:11, the motorcycles parked at the scene had fallen into flames. The fire was quite violent, so the fire was put out immediately and the fire was extinguished at around 2:17.

  After the incident, the fire department found that 17 motorcycles were completely destroyed, 19 were partially destroyed, and 9 were damaged at the scene; the cause of the fire is unknown, and the fire investigation department still awaits further identification and investigation.
