The prime minister's orders have been published on the official Internet portal of legal information.
“To appoint Anatoly Yuryevich Bobrakov as Deputy Minister of the Russian Federation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic,” the document says.
By another order, Mishustin appointed Marat Shamyunov to a similar position.
Earlier, Mishustin signed an order on the appointment of the heads of several newly created structural divisions of the cabinet of ministers.
