The experiments on the Corona vaccine were launched in Abu Dhabi on July 16 last year under the management of the G42 Healthcare Company, in partnership with the Abu Dhabi Department of Health, the Ministry of Health and Community Protection, and the Abu Dhabi Health Services Company (SEHA).

One of the citizen volunteers, who took the initiative to receive the Corona vaccine, Muhammad Ibrahim Al Balushi (39 years), explained that he received the prescribed doses at an early date in the campaign, and he did not have any symptoms or complications, indicating that receiving the vaccine is part of his work as a volunteer in humanitarian initiatives. In the country, pointing out that he was one of the volunteers to fight the Corona virus since the beginning of the pandemic.

And he indicated that he had made checks for blood sugar level, pressure, height and weight before taking the vaccine, and after that he signed the vaccination request, sending an invitation to everyone to speed up registration and take the vaccine, until the nightmare of Corona ends.

One of the volunteers to take the vaccine about four months ago, Dr.Ahmed Al-Hammadi (34 years old), said that he feels active, and that he has great confidence in his health immunity in light of the spread of the epidemic, stressing that he has not faced any complications since he received the vaccine, calling on everyone to vaccinate themselves against The virus, to ensure that life returns to normal.

Engineer Ziad Salah Al-Najjar (29 years old) invited young people to take the vaccine without hesitation, stressing that the Ministry of Health and Community Protection communicates with those who receive the vaccine constantly to check on their safety, and continues to work to protect society from the Corona virus.

Abdullah Hassan, 52, confirmed that the Emirati efforts have been impressive since the early days of the global spread of the epidemic.

He added: “The leadership in the UAE has been fully committed to combating the (Covid-19) epidemic from the beginning through international cooperation efforts.

As a result of her commitment to protecting her community and humanity, all those who participated in the experiences are entitled to be proud of what they have achieved. ”

61,396 people received a dose of the "Covid-19" vaccine within 24 hours

The Ministry of Health and Community Protection announced that 61,396 people had received a dose of the vaccine during the past 24 hours, in line with its plan to provide the "Covid-19" vaccine to more than 50% of the country's population.

Thus, the total number of doses provided is 887,697 doses.

The Ministry and health authorities also announced the launch of a national campaign calling for vaccination, especially for the elderly and people with chronic diseases.
