And it set six requirements to ensure the safety of meat, which are: the availability of the health certificate, the certificate of halal slaughter, verification of the safety of meat and its products through sensory examination, then collecting samples periodically to ensure their suitability for human consumption, and the routine inspection of the means of transporting meat to ensure compliance with health conditions During transport, and finally, the disclosure of fraudulent and fraudulent practices related to the type, source and shelf life of meat.
