“Russian peacekeepers have accompanied the next convoy with refugees who are returning to Nagorno-Karabakh from the territory of the Republic of Armenia.
Today 466 refugees have been delivered by buses from Yerevan to Stepanakert, ”RIA Novosti reports.
The ministry noted that the Russian peacekeepers are monitoring the situation around the clock and monitoring the observance of the ceasefire at 23 observation posts, ensuring the safe return of citizens to their places of residence, providing humanitarian assistance, and also restoring civilian infrastructure.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov noted that the South Caucasus is gradually becoming a region of stability, not contradictions.
