The seventh National Memorial Day for the victims of the Nanjing Massacre,

Survivors of the Nanjing Massacre,

The "post-90s" youths spoke together.

They passed on the historical truth in their own way,

Spread the voice of peace around the world.

Gathering sand into a tower, dripping water into a river.

A little bit of starlight illuminates the galaxy.

Let us approach them together and join them.

Xiong Shulan

Xiong Shulan was born in 1931.

In 1937 when the Nanjing Massacre occurred,

She had already remembered.

"The Japanese soldiers burned, killed and looted after entering Nanjing City,

Do no evil.

"

The old man recalled,

At that time, their family lived at No. 80 Mianhua Di, Nanjing,

There are 5 people in the family, including father, mother and sister.

After the Japanese soldiers arrived in Nanjing,

The family ran away (fleeing the place of residence to avoid the Japanese soldiers),

I took a boat to Jiangxinzhou (a small island in the Yangtze River),

Hide in the hole when someone comes.

In order not to attract attention, the family shaved her head.

Her mother was more than 5 months pregnant,

To avoid the Japanese soldiers fell and miscarried.

Due to poor living conditions in the past,

After her mother had a miscarriage,

The body has not recovered well,

Passed away at the age of 42,

Xiong Shulan was only fourteen or five years old.

Over the years, Xiong Shulan insisted on participating in various activities,

Tell your own personal experience and deliver the voice of peace.

Shi Xiuying

"Remember history, cherish the present, and cherish peace."

"Before the Japanese army entered the city, we didn't find a house in the refugee area, so we set up a reed shed on the hill near Shanghai Road. One day after the Japanese army entered the city, my father went down to buy some small vegetables and stopped by to visit his aunt who lived at the foot of the mountain. Did not come back. A relative named Ma told us that he saw Japanese soldiers assassinating Chinese at Shuiximen, and one of them was like my father. After the Japanese soldiers left, the relative named Ma ran out of hiding to see and saw Sure enough, it was my father. He was stabbed three times. My father was killed by the Japanese army. My eldest brother was caught in a truck by the Japanese army and disappeared..."

In 1937 when the Nanjing Massacre occurred,

Shi Xiuying is 11 years old,

His father was stabbed three times by the Japanese army and died.

There was no news after the eldest brother was caught in the truck and taken away.

When remembering, the old man couldn't help but wipe the corner of his eye.

Old Shi Xiuying said, at that time,

Her mother poured toilets and washed clothes for other people’s homes,

At the age of 11, she delivered food to other people's homes.

As soon as I get my wages, I buy black flatbread to eat.

The mother died shortly after going to Shanghai with her uncle.

Several children in the family worked around, struggling to make ends meet.

Her life didn't stabilize until she got married at the age of 19.

To expose the crimes against humanity committed by the Japanese invaders in Nanjing,

Old Shi Xiuying went to Japan to testify,

Tell your own personal experience.

As a witness to the Nanjing Massacre,

She was with many survivors,

Become a brave teller of historical truth.

"I think as a native of Nanjing,

Have the responsibility to contribute to the spread of this history.

"

Based on this original intention,

Kong Peiwen, 23 years old this year,

Joined the volunteer service team five years ago.

Explaining is highly repetitive,

For a long time,

There will be situations where the team members are in a bad state of explanation.

However, one thing,

But let this situation change.

The warm grandma Xia became the most beautiful encounter in volunteer work, and also became the motivation for the young children to keep going.

In April 2017,

During the explanation process of volunteer Ronaldinho,

When I met a family, I listened very carefully.

After the explanation,

One of the grandmothers came over and asked the team members for help.

Can you find the footprints of her lover?

At this time,

Everyone knows that this family is the family of the old survivor.

Kong Peiwen recalled,

With the help of Ronaldinho and other team members,

The grandma finally found the footprints of her wife.

After the family visited, they left quietly.

Before leaving, the grandmother's daughter wrote a message.

A heart-warming message left by the family of the survivor's grandmother Xia: Thank you Ronaldinho for his patience, meticulous, and considerate explanation, care and care.

Ronaldinho has been accompanying 92-year-old grandmother Xia Zhiying and her children to find the footprints of his wife and children, and found the name of his big brother Wang Hualin on the crying wall.

Thank you Ronaldinho for your company along the way.

After Kong Peiwen saw it,

I took this message and put it in the volunteer service group,

After watching some players who were clamoring to leave,

Never mentioned leaving the team again.

And this message has become the "heirloom" of the volunteer team.

Jiang Shuzhen

"Our country is safe, and our little family has this happiness."

Speaking of the fleeing experience back then,

Jiang Shuzhen's memory is still fresh.

"The Japanese soldier raised a gun to kill grandma,

Fortunately, the muzzle was shot crooked,

Grandma didn't hurt the vitals.

"

Although the family escaped,

But Jiang Shuzhen, who was only 8 years old at the time,

However, he witnessed the slaughter of compatriots by the Japanese invaders.

After years of war,

Jiang Shuzhen cherishes today's good day very much.

Lu Hongcai

Before the war,

There are ten people in Lu Hongcai's family.

During the Nanjing Massacre,

Japanese soldiers killed six people,

Not including the child in his mother's womb.

"There is no peaceful and stable environment,

The common people have no good life.

"

The old man is not afraid of the pain of the past,

Always tell young people about this history over and over again.

Ma Wenqian

"Remember, not to remember the hatred, but to remember the good and precious homeland."

Ma Wenqian worked as a volunteer guide at the Memorial Hall of the Victims in Nanjing Massacre by Japanese Invaders.

Ma Wenqian is a "post-90s", a native of Nanjing.

Her great-grandmother is nearly a hundred years old this year,

Ma Xiuying, a survivor of the Nanjing Massacre.

When the Japanese army entered the city in 1937,

Ma Xiuying is already a teenager.

Her third brother Ma Guanghong was captured by the Japanese army,

Never come back.

Ma Xiuying was also stabbed in the leg by the Japanese army.

Left a permanent scar.

Ma Wenqian in college,

At the Memorial Hall of the Victims in the Nanjing Massacre by Japanese Invaders,

Serve as a volunteer explainer,

From the perspective of the descendants of Nanjing Massacre survivors,

Tell about the sad years.

In the process, she met many like-minded friends.

This made her feel that

Contemporary young people have the ability to inherit history,

Pass the mission of peace.

Gao Ruqin

"Looking for peace in the world, everyone in the world can live and work in peace."

The picture shows Gao Ruqin.

Photo by China News Agency reporter Yang Bo

In the winter of 1937, Gao Ruqin was still a child,

Her family was shot by Japanese soldiers,

The grandmother was shot and killed, and the mother was seriously injured.

"After the Japanese troops entered Nanjing, they murdered and set fires.

Rape women, do no evil.

We will never forget this period of history.

"

The old man said: "My son is my successor.

After I am gone, he will replace me,

Continue talking about this period of history.

"

Xie Guiying

"We must cherish peace."

The picture shows Xie Guiying.

Photo by China News Agency reporter Yang Bo

90-year-old Xie Guiying,

Speaking of the Nanjing Massacre, I cry,

Speaking of these years,

The friendship with Japanese friend Ring Matsuoka will wipe away tears.

"In 1937, my mother took us out of the city. After the Japanese soldiers entered the city, the staying father Xie Youhua and uncle Xie Yougui went out to watch. His father was killed on the spot by the Japanese soldiers, and his uncle fled to the refugee area and hid. When the news of the death spread to the countryside, my mother could not believe it was true. After two months, we returned to Nanjing, all the way from outside the city to the city, and saw dead bodies all over the street, and most of the house at home was burned."

"That winter, I took my brother to dig wild vegetables outside and ran into the Japanese soldier. The Japanese soldier threw my brother on the vegetable field, and then dragged my two feet around on the vegetable field. My head touched. When I got to the stone on the ground, a lot of blood shed. The Japanese soldiers saw that I was not good enough, so they let us. There was no medicine at that time, and my mother pressed firewood ash on my head. Now there is a scar. My brother is dead."

This experience of escaping from the dead,

Always buried in Xie Guiying’s heart,

Until the end of the 1990s,

Matsuoka, a retired elementary school teacher in Japan, found her.

Since then, Xie Guiying can finally be in front of the world,

Tell aloud the family tragedy in this war.

"Not only do I want to tell the people at the memorial,

I also want to tell all Chinese people,

Speak to all Japanese people.
