The Dubai Criminal Court ruled a three-month imprisonment and then deportation against an unemployed (Arab) who threatened to break down and destroy a restaurant and kill one of its members if he was not given a free meal.

The owner of the restaurant said during the Public Prosecution investigations that she received a phone call at about 11.50 a.m. on September 29 from the employees of her restaurant located in Abu Hail, and told her that the accused was causing chaos in the place because he wanted to eat food without paying for it, so she went there immediately and saw him in case She was very intoxicated, and she asked him to leave, but he asked her for food or he would destroy the restaurant, but she refused his request, so he repeated his threats and told her employees that he would drag them with him to prison, so she informed the police who came to the place, pointing out that this is not the first time that the accused has acted in this Tareeqah, as he previously broke down the door of the restaurant in an earlier period and also filed a communiqué against him.

A driver working in the restaurant confirmed that he was present in the restaurant when the accused came with a bottle of alcoholic drinks in hand, and asked for a meal, but he refused to allow him to do so because he had previously broken the door of the restaurant.
