Naumburg (dpa / lhe) - In Naumburg, Hesse, a 93-year-old woman was run over and later died in hospital.
According to the police, a 74-year-old wanted to turn left in the Kassel district on Friday afternoon and noticed the woman who was crossing the street with her walker too late, as announced on Saturday.
The elderly woman fell and was taken to hospital.
"There her condition deteriorated so much that she had to be transferred to another hospital," it said.
However, the efforts were in vain, the woman died on Saturday evening.
