In the Moscow region, investigators opened a criminal case against the 30-year-old blogger Stas Reshetnikov.

He is suspected of intentionally inflicting grievous bodily harm, which resulted in the death of a girl (part 4 of article 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).

This was reported on the website of the Main Investigative Directorate of the RF IC for the Moscow Region.

As noted in the report, the examination recorded a closed craniocerebral injury, multiple bruises, a subdural hematoma, which was formed as a result of at least 3 impacts on the face, in the victim.

“At present, the examination is not completed, the chemical and biological research is underway.

The information spread in the media about the deceased's pregnancy was not confirmed, ”the department said.

Investigators should also assess the blogger's broadcasts, where "numerous spectators watched the beating of the victim, as well as other illegal actions."

The blogger himself was detained, according to the Investigative Committee, he is being interrogated by an investigator.

"Stasyan, I'm cold!"

According to media reports, the deceased girl's name was Valentina Grigorieva.

She died on the evening of December 1, during a stream that 30-year-old Stas Reshetnikov Reeflay was leading from a private house in the village of Ivanovka in the Moscow region.

During the stream, Reeflay and Grigoriev had a falling out and he interrupted the broadcast, and then returned to the network alone.

The blogger said with tears that Valya was lying on the floor and looked “like lifeless”.

Reshetnikov put the girl, who was in only underwear, on the sofa, covered her with a blanket - for the next two hours her body was visible in the frame.

The young man continued to stream, periodically turned on sad music, drank from the throat of a bottle and waited for an ambulance.

The doctor who arrived on call stated the death of Grigorieva.

The Reeflay live broadcast lasted more than two hours; Reshetnikov turned it off only when the police arrived at the scene.

During the broadcast, the blogger admitted that he had a fight with the girl and kicked her out onto the balcony "so that she would not stink."

According to him, the girl suffered from an intestinal disease, and he decided to punish her by sending her out into the street.

“I had a fight with her before,“ bream ”shocked her.

She says: “Stasyan, I'm cold, brother.

Can I go back? "

I say "No".

Why did I say that? "

- Reshetnikov told his viewers, and then asked to inform his mother about what had happened in order to say goodbye to her.

The police interrogated the blogger and let him go home, but on the night of December 2 to 3 he was again taken away by law enforcement officers.

While Reshetnikov was being led to the car in handcuffs, he looked calm and told reporters that he "did nothing."

The streamer suggested that his girlfriend could have died from a drug overdose.

According to him, he himself did not use drugs.

However, in the evening, representatives of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in the Moscow Region reported that a criminal case had been opened against the blogger.

He is suspected of intentionally inflicting grievous bodily harm, which resulted in the death of a girl (part 4 of article 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).

Investigators should also assess the blogger's broadcasts, where "numerous spectators watched the beating of the victim, as well as other illegal actions."

Voluntary slaves

Valentina Grigorieva took part in Reshetnikov's streams not for the first time.

Several videos have survived on social networks in which the blogger mocks a girl: in one of them, he sprays pepper spray in her face, the girl falls to the floor and screams, and Reshetnikov calmly returns to the computer screen.

The streamer does all this for a reason, but for the sake of earning money: the viewers of the live broadcast transfer money to him and write what tasks must be completed with the victim.

Such broadcasts are called trash streams, and for Reshetnikov they became his "profession".

The "heroes" of the broadcasts themselves often do not resist the blogger and allow themselves to be hit on the cheeks, get a tattoo with the name of the person who paid the streamer, pour slop and oil on themselves.

One of the "heroes" of such streams was Valentin Ganichev, known online as the Deputy - Reshetnikov beat him and spat in his face.

The deputy earns on streams, but unlike Reeflay, he plays the victim - the man became famous for coming to streams to various bloggers and allowing himself to be bullied.

According to users who follow trash streams, Ganichev has been participating in them for about three years.

At the beginning of this summer, users of the Dvach forum said that in the Bryansk region, three people forcibly detain a 32-year-old man and abuse him.

In trash streams, Ganichev was doused with slop and alcohol, eggs were beaten on him, fish intestines were added to food and forced to eat, buried in the ground.

Users and the media called for the release of the person who is being brutally bullied.

On some videos, Ganichev complained that his documents were stolen, asked to call the police and an ambulance, and on others, he stated that he was with the streamers voluntarily and was friends with them.

Oleg Melnikov, head of the public organization for the fight against slavery "Alternative", said that the volunteers found Ganichev and persuaded him to leave, but then the man came back.

Some users claim that the man suffers from alcoholism and also has mental disorders.

According to Melnikov, Ganichev does not consider himself a victim of humiliation and does not contact the police.

In June, the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Bryansk region began checking streams.

The department explained that three days after the start of the check, Ganichev himself came to the police station with his lawyer and stated that he had no complaints about the authors of the videos, and was participating in the filming voluntarily.

"As far as I know, he continued to participate in these videos, and although these videos were repeatedly blocked, they (streamers) filmed new ones," Alexei Lepeshko, acting head of the information and public relations department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Bryansk region, explained to RT.

A similar situation happened at the end of last year - then streamer Andrey Yashin from Chelyabinsk beat his 54-year-old mother, with whom he was broadcasting, on the air.

The next day, the woman said that nothing terrible had happened and accepted her son's apology.

The regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs initiated a check, but it did not lead to anything - Yashin's mother refused any claims against him.

Now they continue to conduct trash-streams together.

State Duma Deputy Vasily Vlasov notes that the behavior of users themselves is of decisive importance in the fight against trash streams.

“When such content starts to be broadcast on the network, then not all subscribers are indifferent to what is happening.

If a blogger begins to receive complaints about violence in his videos, then YouTube blocks his channel as soon as possible, after which the blogger cannot make money on it, ”he explained in an interview with RT.

At the same time, Vlasov noted, there is a problem in order to track bullying in trash streams, since the violence in them is not constant.

“The air can go on for eight hours, of which nothing happens for six hours, and then comes a critical point when bullying starts to happen.

We should ask the online platform to pay more attention to what is happening on these streams.

In the coming days, we will send a letter with a proposal to Internet sites to block such trash channels once and for all, ”Vasily Vlasov said.
