  Xiong'an Station is the Beijing-Xiong Intercity Terminal, where the Beijing-Hong Kong-Taiwan high-speed rail, Beijing-Xiong Intercity, and Tianjin-Xiong Intercity will meet here.

The exterior design of Xiong’an Station is inspired by the water culture of Xiong’an New District. It looks like a dewdrop on a lotus leaf when viewed from above.

The station building is 606 meters long, 355.5 meters wide, and 47.2 meters high. The total construction area is 475,200 square meters, which is the size of six Beijing stations.

  At the beginning of 2020, the new crown epidemic broke out suddenly, and Hubei became the hardest-hit area.

Unfortunately, two-thirds of the construction workers of the China Railway Construction Engineering Xiong'an Station project are from Hubei.

Under strict control measures, the construction was suddenly in trouble.

The project department immediately used all channels and dispatched more than 100 buses to bring in more than 2,500 workers from Henan, Anhui, Hunan, Guizhou, Yunnan and other places, and finally resumed work in early April.

  In order to grab back the two-month delay, the project department launched an emergency mobilization to prevent and control the epidemic and make every effort to grab progress.

Front-line workers work in two shifts, sometimes even in three shifts, working day and night; more than 70 project managers only sleep for four to five hours a day...the effort pays off, and the delayed construction period only took one month to get back. According to the original plan, the Xiong'an Station completed the task of capping the main structure with high quality on April 30.

Hundreds of experiments have been done for 192 "flowering columns"

  "Generally, the structural construction of beams and columns will be covered with a layer of decoration materials. The clear water concrete column is cast in one time, and it is what it is poured into. Basically, no decoration is required." said Zhu Jiawu, an engineer from the China Railway Construction Engineering Project Department. , The large-scale application of the clear water coagulation column in Xiong'an Station pursues the comprehensive effects of green, warm, economic and artistic.

"You see, it has beautiful curves, all vertical and horizontal curves, and the look is natural and fresh. We call it'flowering column'. Call it'simple', but its technical content is not low at all."

  In order to perfectly demonstrate the unique effects of clear water concrete columns, the technical team conducted in-depth research on steel bar structure, concrete mix ratio, formwork system, concrete construction technology, etc., did hundreds of tests, and spent more than 1 million yuan to build an entity For large and small models, I have tried using salad oil and hydraulic oil as mold release agents, and only then have the 192 clear water coagulation columns at Xiongan Station look like they are today.

The construction volume of Xiong'an Station is huge and the number of construction machinery is very large. How to ensure that construction machinery "does not fight"?

According to reports, the on-site tower crane is equipped with an anti-collision system. The driver can eliminate blind spots through video in the cab, and has a clear view of the surrounding situation, greatly improving the safety factor.

The tower crane elevator also adds a face recognition system that has not been used in previous projects, which forms a "dual recognition" with fingerprint recognition, and only professionals with a driving license can enter.

  Using the high-end construction intelligence platform on the site, engineers can monitor the construction site in an all-round way from mobile phones and computers at any time, and grasp detailed data of construction organization and construction progress in time to analyze the actual progress of the project and make necessary adjustments.

  “When the floor slab was poured at one time, three construction flow sections were set up as planned. Later, it was discovered from the platform that only two sections were poured. We made adjustments based on this situation and added construction personnel and materials.” Zhu Jiawu said.

  More than 700 days and nights passed in a flash. Wang Xingyun told reporters that for two years, all personnel in the project department have been self-motivating with the spirit of pioneering the path.
